Reed are delighted to be working with a market leading company within the travel sector. Due to a continued period of growth they are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their fantastic team.

This organisation has a central location and parking is available

Responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Coordinating booking information within different departments of the business

• Providing first line customer support regarding products and services

• Accurately recording all information on the system

• Providing an administrative support to the department as a whole

Skills and Experience Required

• Polished customer service skills

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to build customer relationships and manage expectations

• Ability to communicate with people at all levels

Candidates will be required to work on average two weekends out of four. When a weekend is worked two days in lieu will be given the following week and an additional payment will be given.
