Description

European Electronique are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our growing sales team,

As Sales Administrator you will support the Sales Team in delivery and provision of a first class service to our new and existing customers. You will also be responsible for a wide range of administration tasks.

You will be self-motivated, with good planning/organisational skills and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities- - Supporting Business Development Managers and Senior Account Managers on legacy and new major accounts
- Providing quotations and raising orders
- Providing telephone support to key internal sales team
- Administration of Framework business
- Administration of accounts
- Building and Distributing of pricelists for key accounts
- Processing orders for the sales staff
- Raising paperwork for Sales Team hire car and hotel bookings
- Assisting with Reception cover
- General admin duties

Essential Criteria:


- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
- Ability to communicate in written and verbal English
- Good telephone manner
- Numerate and confident with numbers
- Experience using Sage is preferable
