Description

Mpeople Recruitment is looking for a Sales Administrator on behalf of our client based in Middleton.

Our client are a well-established business that are a leader within their market, and this is an exciting to join their ever expanding Sales team.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Processing sales orders that come through from customers via email and phone

- Liaising with production in order to manage and prioritise a high volume of orders

- Liaising with customers in order to update them on lead times and dispatch dates, as well as dealing with any queries they may have

- Responding to customer emails in a timely manner

- Making outbound calls to existing customers to ensure they are happy with their products

- Providing other administrative support to the sales team as required

Our client are looking for a confident administrator that has great organisational skills, and can work within a very fast-paced environment. When processing orders there are a lot of numbers to handle, so it is important that you are numerate and have a high attention to detail.

Only individual with experience in administration and order processing will be considered for this role. Experience working within the manufacturing industry would also be desirable.
