Main Responsibilities:
Pro actively contact clients who have enquired with the company
Offer optional extras to maximise sales
Build long term relationships and maximise the retention of clients
Actively seek out customer feedback
Minimise the impact of issues and implement improvements
Support the operations team where necessary
Ensure KPIs are met consistently

Skills / Experience required:
Customer service/ Sales background is essential
Strong administration skills
Confident communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to achieve targets
Proactive work approach
Team player
