Who You’ll be working with

In Application Services, we combine our leading Application Outsourcing and Application Development capabilities and expertise to create a seamless end to end service for our clients. We’ve brilliant cross-sector experience and a huge range of offers which we bring to market, including Applications Management, Business Process Management, Digital, Insights & Data and Testing.
In addition, you will be able to provide your clients with access to the skills of over 9000 manufacturing engineers, covering capability in both mechanical and embedded systems, as well as technical services from design, right through the entire product lifecycle.
As an ambassador for Capgemini’s entire portfolio, you will also be in the envious position of being able to nurture opportunity in Infrastructure Services, including Cloud and Cyber, and to leverage the power of our consulting capability, which goes to market under our Capgemini Invent brand.
The focus of your role
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving “new logo” sales of predominantly Applications Solutions (but you will have the ability to sell the full Capgemini portfolio) across a range of industry subsectors, but with an emphasis on the Automotive and discrete manufacturing Sectors.
This role will promote Capgemini in the market and will build relationships with new clients and IT Services Eco-system partners promoting the Capgemini brand and broader Capgemini offers.
New Business Sales roles are quota bearing and sales forms the primary performance objective. You will focus on new logo acquisition and demand generation (including cold calling where necessary).
What You’ll Bring
With a background in one or more of the following; Automotive, Aerospace & Defence and Manufacturing, you will be expert in demand generation activities and in devising strategies to promote Capgemini with tangible business results.
You will have clear and unambiguous accountability for improving Capgemini’s credibility within target clients in the market. You will both frame and drive business opportunities, leveraging the delivery teams. This will also involve the shaping and framing of propositions to meet client requirements.
