VANRATH are delighted to be recruiting for a successful services organisation based in Greater Belfast, who are currently looking for a Sales Ledger Assistant to join their team on an on-going temporary basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales ledger, credit control and financial administration.

Responsibilities


- Maintain approved customer account on financial system
- Process sales invoicing and credit notes through finance system
- Handle all enquiries regarding sales invoices and credit notes
- Process of cash allocation and reconciliations of customer accounts
- Direct debit processing
- Generation of customer statements
- Allocation of incoming payments The Ideal Candidate


- Proven experience within a similar role, ideally 2 years
- Strong data inputting skills, ability to work at fast paced with high accuracy
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Strong communication skills to handle supplier queries promptly Remuneration

£18,000-£20,000
