what you are here to do

Manage sales for the Western states of the US

Work to individual and team targets, as well as focused KPI’s

Produce accurate forecasts for sales of products and services monthly

Unlock new users of disguise products and workflow

Balance outbound prospecting for new business with key account management of existing clients

Increase brand awareness and market reach in key verticals. Theatre, Concert touring, Live Events and Broadcast

Working with our direct partner network to increase disguise’s presence in the US

Track and follow up on all sales leads generated from all sources for the territory

Develop relationships with designers, producers, and stagers, as well as other influencers to close sales and create a disguise “tribe”

Organise demos and technical pre-sales and post-sales activity using the Technical Solutions team

Work with the AMER Sales Admin to process quotes, orders, invoicing and delivery of goods to customers

Manage expense budgets to control expenditures

Work with the AMER VP Sales to plan, resolve issues and ensure good communication across the team

Work with the marketing team & HOD to generate interest and knowledge of the brand across the AMER region.

Maintain a “customer champion” outlook

Strong knowledge of direct sales and reselling networks in previous sales roles.

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in managed regions.

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

what you need to know


Track record of producing results and hitting targets

At least 7 years’ experience in Sales

Leadership qualities, able to manage a small team

Organised, diligent and reliable worker

Able to work at the C-level with customers

Capable of managing large deals

Commercially minded, with a proven track record of sales growth

Capable of own lead generation

Experience of Account Management

Experience of Enterprise selling.

Able to demonstrate experience of working with decision makers and closing deals

Able to build strategic partnerships with customers or other technology providers

Good at forecasting

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Able to demonstrate solid sales process in running a territory

Personable and a team player, who is able to work under own initiative

Excellent spoken & written English

Experience working in a CRM system

Comfortable in Microsoft Office

Excellent with numbers

Strong presentation skills

Outstanding influencing skills.

Strong negotiation skills.

Driving license
