We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to be responsible for leading, supporting and developing a team of Sales Executives both on the phone and in the field.

As a Sales Manager your main responsibilities will include:

You will be responsible for the management of a sales branch of Telesales and Field Sales agents in addition to supporting the development of a new and exciting bundled customer offer which is completely unique in the marketplace. We require an outstanding individual who can manage the recruitment of new field sales staff, provide ongoing training & sales coaching, whilst supporting the Telesales Manager to energise the telesales team to achieve high levels of motivation and manage the delivery of sales targets.

The successful Sales Manager will be able to demonstrate:

- A proven track record in delivering results in a sales environment

- Previous sales management experience

- Experience of selling to businesses (B2B)

- Great motivational skills

- Good written & verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure
