We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our Sovereign Living Sales team in Bristol.
Sovereign is committed to developing great homes and communities and is taking big steps towards our growth ambition of building 1,900 homes a year by 2022. With over 25 years' experience of successfully delivering a range of affordable home ownership products and services this is a period of significant growth for Sovereign Living; with a target to sell over 600 Shared Ownership homes this year and more in the future.
Every employee has a crucial role to deliver our strategy and as a result of this, as a result you will be providing an excellent sales journey delivering the highest standard of customer care whilst fully meeting Sales targets and objectives.
This is a fantastic new role that has been created to manage our ever growing sales pipeline of both Shared Ownership and Open Market as a result of positive business growth. This therefore presents an opportunity for you to come in and focus on sales delivery, drive forward your teams KPI's and ensure we deliver what we say we can, whilst you continue to deliver a pipeline of sales.
You will have responsibility for managing the sales budget by managing costs overheads and spend as well as work with the sales marketing team to ensure to our developments are released to allow us to reserve homes from plan.
You will be managing a team of Sales Consultants, Sales completion coordinators and administration teams, all with unique KPI targets as well as build close relationships with a diverse range of internal teams. This will allow you to pull togetherManagement Information in order to produce accurate forecasting.
To be successful in this role you will be an established sales manager with ability to drive forward sales pipelines and manage teams at various levels. You will have proven experience of meeting KPI's and demonstrate you are able to drive performance within your teams. You will have the ability to understand business performance and also identify any new business opportunities by working closely with wider teams, therefore excellent relationship building and influencing skills are essential.
You will be expected to travel to our other sites in the region, so a full clean driving licence is essential.
