Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Order Management Specialist (Deal Desk Coordinator / Sales Support) to join our Global Deal Desk team which supports the Commercial, Enterprise, Strategic, ROW, and EMEA sales teams. As the Deal Desk Coordinator, you will take the lead on contract review and facilitate the deal approval process with the various key stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and Legal) to help shorten the length of the sales cycle. The Deal Desk Coordinator will ensure that all deals in contracts are reviewed, structured, consistently evaluated, approved, and closed as quickly and efficiently as possible.


This will be a great position for a candidate that is a self starter and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty with their team. The Deal Desk Coordinator will be required to process incoming orders ensuring compliance with company policies, ensuring exceptional service to our customers and provide regular communication of order status to our sales team.


Responsibilities:

Take ownership of closing sales opportunities efficiently and ensure opportunities complies with company policies

Will support assigned sales team and will assist other coordinators as needed

This is not a remote position and must be able to work in London, UK, there may be overtime

Provide exceptional service to our customers and highly accurate input into our customer relationship management system (Salesforce.com)

Responsible for regular communication, order status and support to assigned sales team.

Responsible for compiling reports on overall customer satisfaction.

Identify opportunities to improve customer service and streamline order processing

Manage communication with assigned sales teams and customers

Provide a true customer centric environment to better support sales and customers

Assure quality of all completed orders by resolving any issues or discrepancies

Accountable for outstanding customer service, verbal and written to all external and internal customers

Have a hands-on approach to complex situations or escalations and with work cross-functional teams to resolve

Lead opportunities review with assigned sales team and cross functional support teams

Execute quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Evaluate current processes and offer recommendations for areas of improvement

Complete and ad-hoc projects as they transpire


Qualifications:

2 to 5 years of experience in sales operations, deal support, deal desk, order management, or a related field

Salesforce and Apttus experience and/or other CRM and CPQ experience

B2B SaaS and/or general subscription management experience a plus

Contract management experience a plus

Understanding of direct and partner/channel sales organizations a plus

Highly organized, detailed oriented, and an excellent attention to detail is a must

Self Starter is a must

Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities

Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

Ability to work in fast paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven teamwork skills and flexibility
