Aspire Cambridge are recruiting for a Sales Progression Manager on behalf of our client based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

One of the UK's leading property and legal services companies, our client work with many of the UK's foremost house builders, lenders, solicitors and estate agents.

Main purpose of role:

Working within a busy sales progression team covering Developer and HA clients and their property portfolios.
The successful applicant will have a case load which our client would expect to be run in an exemplary way encompassing best practice and the SLAs within the department.
Sales Progression caseloads will be dependent on the pipeline numbers for each client type.
The allocation of these roles could vary if the balance of the pipeline changes.
Focus on targets, good customer service and overall performance. Building good relationships with the Client Relationship Managers, clients, agents and team members.
Liaising with buyers, solicitors and sellers to get to exchange of contracts and completion target dates.
Key activities:

Managing a case load to a high standard.
Adhere to the SLA for tasks assigned with the role
Proactive sales progression with high standard of note taking for accurate reporting and completion of milestones
Providing cover during holiday periods
Essential skills:

Be able to work accurately and professionally under pressure
IT literate
Worked in a Targeted environment
Work well in a team and as individual
Willingness to go the extra mile to get results
Tenacious and enquiring mind and a "don't give up" attitude.
Ability to think outside the box.
Desirable skills:

Knowledge of the property market
Knowledge of the conveyancing process
Caseload Management

Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 5:30pm
Salary: £18,000 to £20,000
