Brewster Partners are currently recruiting for an Events Sales Team Leader to join a nationwide Hotel chain.
As the Events Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales, increasing profit and increasing the client base.
Due to the nature of the role, successful applicants must be from either Events or the hotel industry.
* Be proactive to develop relationships with new and existing customers
* Embrace and promote the companies culture and value
* Promptly respond to supplier and customer requests
* Lead and manage team delivering and exceeding business KPI's
* Inspire team with energy and motivation to achieve targets
* Lead by example at all times inspiring your team to be the best that it can be.
* Comply with all KPIs set by the company
* Interest and knowledge in websites
Person Description Essential
* Proven experience in managing a team, within a sales environment
* Previous experience working within events or hotel sales is a must
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively
* Ability to work under pressure and make correct decisions
* Good ability in Windows PC environment including Outlook, Word and Powerpoint
* Experience in working in a targeted environment
