Description

Objective:

To provide Salesforce administrative support to new and current customers.


Responsibilities:

Manage assigned cases, post implementation support and maintain contact

Salesforce Administration work will encompass but is not limited to:

Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups

Customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications

Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows

Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views, and troubleshoot issues

Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users

Support Consultants with workshops and implementation

Support with administrating Xenogenix instance of Salesforce

Additional Duties as required

Report and provide feedback to all levels including clients

Understand, apply and use personal computers and software applications including advanced skills in Salesforce, Power Point, Excel, Office 365/Skype, and Word

Qualifications:

Salesforce Administrator Qualified (ADM 201)

Degree level or equivalent education
