£25-30K depending on experience. 6 month probationary period.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced dynamic Security Operations Support/Supervisor who is from a construction security/related background. The ideal candidate must be in a similar role or have been for at least 2-3 years. The candidate will need to have supervisory and project management experience, be computer literate and able to work in a face paced dynamic environment. In addition the role will involve control room duties two nights a week. The knowledge of operating security officers is essential. Experience within the security solutions sector would be advantageous.

Overall summary of duties


- Maintaining compliance across all assignments
- Adhering to BS7499, BS7858 and ISO 9001
- Implementation of new security sites, setting up patrol device systems, erecting signage, and inducting staff
- Supervising security and construction personnel
- Create, maintain and distribution of assignment instructions and risk assessment in collaboration with support staff
- Scheduling on site duties, uploading site audits and general administration of scheduling software
- Weekly staff visits
- Delivering Tool Box Talks
- KPI reporting, to be presented each month
- Involved in recruiting new security officers
- Deal with disciplinary matters in collaboration with Operation Director/Compliance Manager
- Customer service call handling
- Completion of monthly vehicle checks
- Deal with disciplinary matters in collaboration with Operation Director/Compliance Manager
- Relief Gatehouse Duties
- Business development
- Participating in ongoing training
- Attending Company meetings
- Attending exhibitions and conferences when required
- Playing a key part in the growth of the company and assist in the company in meeting their objectives.
Working alongside the Director, Control room Operators and Compliance/HR team is it imperative that deadlines and mandatory requirements are adhered too.

A standard working week will be: - Monday- Tuesday 18:00-6:00 am

Wednesday 17:00-23:00

Thursday-Friday 15:00-23:00

Working every other Saturday and Sunday schedule dependent on business requirements.

SIA Licence

Drivers Licence

Ideally a CSCS Accreditation
