About the role:

Education Matters Group is working with a fantastic SEND (special educational needs and disabilities). Secondary school in Hounslow. Working as teacher with us, you will gain valuable experience across different school environments, build upon your behaviour management skills and experiment with your teaching approach.

The school is seeking an experienced Teacher to work with students with autism and complex needs, the school age range from 5 to 18 however the class they are recruiting for is Key stage 4.

You will need to have taught in SEND Schools and understand P levels, the students have complex needs and / or autism. The students in the class are high functioning autism. The school is an outstanding school and they also supply on-going training to all staff.

About you:

If you are passionate about pupils’ development and enthusiastic to take on a new challenge, then you are the type of candidate we would like to speak to. Additionally, you must meet the following criteria:

* Be eligible to work in the UK

* Be familiar with the UK curriculum

* Have behaviour management experience

* Possess two valid classroom based references

* Full teaching qualification -QTS

* Enhanced DBS which is registered on the update service / or we can process applications

* Experience with KS3 and 4

* Desire and willingness to work with pupils from diverse backgrounds
