We have continued to grow since our beginning and are continuing this growth by expanding our client services team with a talented Senior Account Manager to work on one of our biggest accounts. Combining your skills in Account Management , Content , Marketing , B2B , Technology , Digital , Strategy , Agency and our in house creative and development teams, you'll be working with globally recognised brands to deliver engaging content and digital strategies.


- Managing one of our biggest client accounts you'll take full responsibility for ensuring they receive the highest standard of work
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the wider teams and your clients
- Take control of one of our newest client accounts
- Work directly with our developers to creative AI and Immersive Tech solutions
- Monitor your clients competitors marketing activity to develop an understanding of market dynamics and competitor objectives
- Creating engaging and innovative content marketing campaigns
- Assist the Account Director in managing and mentoring junior members of the client services team
- Demonstrate commercial awareness for financial, time and resource management
- Work on proposals and participate in client presentations for both new and existing accounts
- Monitor client expenditure and ensure profitability on projects


- Minimum 3 year B2B account management experience within a Digital Agency
- Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate tenacity and determination to resolve problems effectively

- Ability to tailor strategy and communications with relevant authorities
- Experience within or passion for immerging technologies
- Demonstratable experience of managing large budgets
- Be able to sell ideas to clients in a confident and convincing manner
- Prior experience of training junior team members
- Comfortable in business pitches and exceptional negotiation skills
