Whether it’s developing the careers of our staff or investing in a new tech platform, we love knowing that we truly keep fashion moving forward.Ultimately, we get excited by interesting individuals and we want to feed this individuality, empowering our people and customers to look, feel and be their best so they can achieve amazing things.OVERVIEWAs a key member of the ASOS Brand Marketing team, you will take responsibility for the marketing and contribute to the ownership, evolution and delivery of our brand and proposition marketing that will help to grow demand for the ASOS master brand, the ASOS brands that sit under it and our core retail proposition globally.Working closely with several cross-functional teams consisting of retail, social, content, PR, production, CRM, digital marketing and analytics you help drive Brand initiatives and campaigns supporting key retail and customer moments.Alongside the Global Head of Partnerships & Brand Marketing you will own and drive large-scale, multi-market campaigns, as well as own medium to small-scale campaigns end-to-end.You will have a team of Brand Managers and Execs who will assist you in the planning and delivery of campaigns and execution focusing on key business areas to deliver campaigns against set KPI’s.You will be a champion of the consumer with creative flair at all times, ensuring that every piece of work has been built with our 20-something, fashion-loving audience in mind.THE CHALLENGE• Full immersion in 20 somethings’ attitudes, preferences and insights at a global level.• Define priorities and specific go-to-market strategies.• Develop and implement cross-functional marketing plans for relevant business priorities and areas of focus• Work with internal and external support to deliver marketing that helps drive brand love and fame• Always thinking with a global mindset on how to tactically talk to new and existing customers in local markets.• Build a deep understanding of the category in which ASOS offer fits, including the competitive, regulatory and customer trend landscape.• Manage processes efficiently and effectively with strong attention to detail.• Co-ordinate with the Everyday Engagement team to ensure maximum effectiveness from all marketing activity.• Drive consistency and alignment around brand and category positioning, retail and marketing campaign strategies and creative executions.• Successfully weave in the brand and product strategy and USP in campaigns and communications to contribute to both brand awareness and emotional engagement - challenging consumers’ perception of ASOS relevance within the category.• Galvanising teams to produce insight-driven, highly creative and integrated campaigns.• Lead and inspire a team of Marketeers to deliver excellent workYOUR PROFILE• Previous experience in a B2C marketing role• This role is strategic and creative with a need for strong management and giving clear direction on day to day workstreams• Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively and cross-functionally with strong negotiation skills and a positive attitude• Creative problem-solving skills and a solutions focused mindset• Experience of involvement in multi-channel and high profile marketing campaigns designed to generate new customer demand• Experience of working within a fast-paced global business• Excellent communication, presentation, management and interpersonal skills• Good relationship builder and maintainer with internal and external stakeholders• Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and able to work to tight deadlines• Fluent in English, with another European language being a bonus• An understanding of the Fashion market and media landscape is an advantage• Marketing/communications strategy experience is an advantage• An understanding of the digital and content media platforms is a strong advantage• Strong love for the ASOS brand
