Key Responsibilities:
Being the expert in Cash Management & Accounts Payable matters both internally and externally
Be the process owner for the whole cash payment process
Ensuring payments are made on time and accurately.
Ensure expenses are processed efficiently and adhere to company policies.
Management of all bank accounts and liquidity levels.
Effective communication between group companies and investment managers.
Ensure AP invoices are posted accurately according to company policy, approval and accounting standards
Inter-company liquidity process management
Ensure inter-company recharges are processed accurately
Supervising others and managing workloads
Other Responsibilities:
Continually monitor Cash Management and Accounts Payable process related risks.
Identify processes for improvement and be flexible to assist in other Cash Management or payment related areas as delegated.
Ensure accurate, prompt and quality assured data is processed.
Adhere to the statutory and internal reporting requirements.
Manage Cash Management and Accounts Payable related projects.
Forecasting of liquidity requirements across the business units.
Plus any additional duties and responsibilities that may reasonably be expected to be undertaken in accordance with the role.  

Key Skills and Experience Essential
Experience of supervising staff.
Working knowledge and experience of SAP (in particular GT and SAP BW).
Microsoft excel and word: intermediate level.
Experience in Cash Management & Accounts Payable for a medium to large sized & complex organisation.
Proven track record of implementing best practice processes.
Proven use of online banking tools.
Experience of applying the correct VAT treatment on transactions
Demonstrable high performance in a medium to large sized organisation.
Previous roles in a shared service function.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
AAT or another recognised finance qualification
Personal Attributes:
Client focused.
Self-motivated, reliable and confident.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Focused on 'owning the process' and flexible.
