About You

You will have demonstrable experience of working in a fast-moving front-of-house catering operation, in a supervisory role. To be successful you will have a positive can-do attitude and a proactive and flexible approach in delivering a high-quality customer-focused service. Your ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels will ensure that you quickly establish yourself as a key member of our award-winning FM team.

About the Role

The highly commended Commercial Services is one of the seven operational service teams within FM - providing a high-profile, professional, integrated, and extremely flexible inhouse service to all of our customers - including restaurants, coffee shops, vending and hospitality. We have received significant external catering-specific recognition and accreditation in the from the Soil Association, Vegetarian Society and Fairtrade Foundation, and we have been recognised for our part in delivering customer-centric services by the British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM).

Reporting to the Catering and Events Operations Manager, you will be part of our customer-facing service delivery team - monitoring, supporting and deploying resources across a number of outlets at the Ormskirk campus.
