The purpose of our Intelligent Automation Community is to develop leading edge and fit-for-purpose automation solutions, bring these solutions to clients together with the Markets and Sectors as well as increase the overall awareness of Intelligent Automation opportunities and options across EMEIA regions. The IA team also performs automation assessment and backlog creation activities for clients to embark on their automation journey
As a Senior Consultant in the team, you will play a key role in doing automation assessment activities and work on key Intelligent Automation proposals and solutions

Your key responsibilities
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to

Perform Automation assessment for not only RPA but also Cognitive

Help clients build a quick automation back log

Solution Automation opportunities across various tools and platforms

Build client propositions bringing the best of EY to the table

Taking ownership of developing / improving our Automation related solutions and assets

Working closely with clients to solve their challenges, contribute to value increase and make a lasting impact

Contribute across the lifecycle of an automation project – pre-sales to Delivery

Execute end to end Cognitive and RPA for the clients in close collaboration with our Alliances
Skills and attributes for success
Profound knowledge of one or several of the following is essential:

Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Natural Language Generation
Strong process back ground – Green/Black belt, lean and Six sigma thinking
Understanding of cognitive technologies (Microsoft, IBM etc.)
Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Extensive experience in professional services or similar role - international, ideally EMEIA wide, consulting experience is considered as an advantage
Proficiency in English language, with the ability to communicate both written and verbally at professional level – additional language skills are appreciated
Ability to work under tight timelines for multiple engagements
Global mind-set, including willingness and ability to travel internationally to meet client needs
To qualify for the role you must have

Strong process background with automation assessment experience (RPA + Cognitive)

Green/Black belt or equivalent in Lean and Six sigma methods

RPA, Cognitive, Machine Learning and AI skills

Delivery (hands on) experience of Cognitive and RPA projects

Strong experience in building complex client solutions and proposals for Automation and Cognitive projects
