Jet2.comandJet2holidaysare looking forCustomerAnalyststo join our growing Customer Data Team in Leeds City Centre.

Acting as an ambassador for theCustomer Data Team, you will own and deliver a portfolio of standard reports monitoring customer profiles, purchase patterns and marketing analysis, influencing marketing strategy. You will deliver actionable insights through production of ad-hoc analysis for all areas of the business, aiming to answer any questions that may arise from the request in addition to the existing requirements. You will produce geodemographic and customer profiles to aid selections forJet2.comandJet2holidaysDirect Marketing,Outbound Telephone,Email,Social MediaandPerformance Marketing campaigns. You will provide relevant and timely campaign support, customer selections, management information and analysis based on customer data while building strong relationships with internalMarketing Teams(such asCustomer Relationship Management(CRM) andCustomer Insights).

To be successful in this role you will have:


- A passion for the customer insight and using data to drive performance.
- An understanding of Single Customer View database.
- Experience of writing queries in SQL.
- A strong communicator.
