What You'll Do
As Senior Finance Manager for Service Providers in EMEAR, you will work with the Leaders of the Service Providers business which is part of the EMEAR Region. The Senior Finance Manager will also provide leadership to the Finance team and is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, compliance and analysing/reporting activities across the P&L including Bookings, Revenue, Gross Margin and Operating Expenses.
Service Providers is a $2.5 billion business in EMEAR, including Telco Operators, Cable and Media Players. You will be part of the Finance Team driving to grow that business to contribute to the overall Financial and Business Objectives.
Partnering with the Sales Teams providing guidance on all aspects of the business
Assist in commercially shaping deals to generate optimum financial returns
Building and presenting financial business cases to senior decision makers
Developing a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship and leadership
Supporting the General Managers in managing the P&L and providing insights into the business
Who you are
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong commercial awareness
Strong influencing skills, leadership skills and the ability to lead a finance team
Experience of working with senior management and sales/marketing teams and ability to inspire change and challenge decision-making where necessary
Excellent interpersonal skills with confidence and strength to challenge the status quo
Extensive experience in a similar environment
Experience in large, complex organisations would be advantageous
Shown managerial experience is critical
Experience in past cross-functional or leadership roles of a virtual team is advantageous
Technology/Telecoms/IT industry experience preferable but not essential
