The new role of Senior Head of Human Resources – Service Delivery will be primarily focused on identifying, developing and delivering a strategic HR service which embraces agility whilst delivering consistency.
This activity is essential to pursuing two of our key Corporate aims: - To ensure that all our employees experience a consistent, quality service and employment relationship;
To move to a standard approach to our operational activities ahead of implementing new processes and systems as part of a wider corporate processes & systems (CP&S) programme.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and structured development to the four Heads of HR who lead the faculty/service HR ‘hub’ teams.
This is therefore an exciting time to be joining the University and to be leading an area of activity that will be highly influential in creating an environment that will facilitate the delivery of a high performing organisation, where staff at every level have both the desire and capability to support our ambitions.
