Are you keen to develop your HR career? We are working with one of the UKs most exciting global software companies to appoint a Senior HR Administrator / HR Advisor to support the Director of People and Culture and the SLT.

Reporting to the Director or People and Culture, you will manage the implementation of their HRIS system, HiBob, training team members and super users as well as creating and iterating workflows. You'll focus on ensuring continuous improvements are made to deliver a first-class service to our clients employee base and will support the Director of People and Culture by dealing with complex HR administration and training queries

You will be an effective communicator with a customer focused approach and a keen eye for detail. Experience of working within an HR support function, dealing with high volumes of work in a fast paced environment will be highly advantageous. You will also need to be organised, able to effectively prioritise your work to ensure work is accurate and performed to deadlines.

Ideally, you'll have some experience of supporting an HR Director in a similar role where you are required to provide a solution focused approach to resolving queries, administering an HRIS system and taking responsibility for the HR Administration function.

This is a fixed term contract for 6 months with a view to becoming permanent.

£35,000- £38,000 doe
