This role includes extensive travel in the UK, Ireland and across the Northern European region with possible secondments to other Nestlé markets worldwide if required.

Real Responsibility
From day one, you’ll  get the opportunity to analyse a specific function and develop  recommendations of improvement. You will also:
Play a key role in assisting the Audit Management to perform risk based audit planning by interviewing key stakeholders and reviewing different sources of information.
Be comfortable in conducting analysis on large data sets by using data analytics techniques and tools available with a view to provide assurance to the organisation.
Ensure the timely completion of assigned audit chapters (e.g. Finance & Control, Sales & Marketing, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, etc.), whilst developing clear value added recommendations for any issues that have been identified.
Document audit work in an organised, accurate and concise manner to clearly support the conclusions reached from the audits performed.
Pro-actively present any issues during the audit exit meeting to the auditees e.g. the Factory Manager/Leadership Team or Business Executive Officer/Leadership Team for head offices.
We‘ll support and accelerate your learning by providing relevant trainings and coaching that will enable you to be high performing. If you demonstrate the right capabilities there is also an opportunity to undertake a professional Accounting or Internal Audit qualification (CIMA, CIA or ACCA). As soon as your performance reaches the required level, you will be promoted to Team Leader, with full project responsibility and team management.

You’ll feel comfortable to flex your approach as and when needed and understand the importance of being able to work in environments that are often ambiguous and pressured.
