What is the Opportunity

A member of the EMEA Marketing team with the strategic aim of providing design and production skills to the marketing framework with a primary focus on collateral generation and design. This position will deliver quarterly pitch books and work closely with the Head of Marketing on implementing Seismic, an automated pitch book production system. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a small Marketing team, gaining exposure to all areas of the department, and as such it will suit someone who is keen to gain further experience.

What will you do?

Working autonomously to create, schedule, deliver and update presentations for multiple strategies

Working closely with colleagues to develop new design concepts such as template layouts and infographics

Maintain RBC brand standards and increase brand awareness

Maintain marketing compliance framework

Working closely with colleagues on the Marketing team, this role will have the opportunity to develop wider skills such as event management, digital and product experience.

What do you need to succeed?


Knowledge and interest in the asset management industry

Fluent around content management and marketing strategies

Accomplished design skills

Organised and detailoriented; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong oral and written communication skills; confidence to effectively interface at all levels of the firm

Expert level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe products (with emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel, and InDesign)
