Senior Paid Search Executive - Global Travel & Tourism Brand Location: SW London (zone 3) This an opportunity to join an award-winning travel & tourism business that operates recognized brands, yet is continue to grow globally. As the Senior Paid Search Executive, you will be the Performance Marketing Manager's right-hand person. You'll directly manage the execs in the team, and successfully grow the paid search accounts globally, and successfully driving ROI across multiple products/packages. The best part of this role? It's direct route to Paid Search Manager! The person they are looking for will be experienced, ambitious and wants to become a manager within 6-8 months. You could be working either agency or client side at the moment. As long as you are performance-driven paid search specialist with an interest in travel, you'll be a great candidate Responsibilities: Work on paid search growth strategy alongside Performance Marketing Manager Manage a small team of PPC executives Set out and deliver on paid search & display campaigns (including planning, tracking, optimisation, reporting and analysis) across several brands Working with growing paid search budgets providing efficient ROI on campaigns Working with and testing automated bid manage tools Opportunity to continue growing the team What it takes to be part of the team: 2-3 years' experience ideally running paid search activity Successfully delivered ROI Experience working in the travel sector is a big bonus Experience training & leading a junior member or team Ability to improve paid search accounts through restructure, ad copy, ad extensions, etc Having a digital-first approach to your thoughts process Experience working with large paid marketing budgets Experience with bid management tools (DoubleClick, Kenshoo, Marin, Adobe) Ability to analyse data and improve performance
