Deverell Smith is looking for an experienced, White Collar Construction Recruiter who has the confidence and ambition to spearhead the launch of the professional services sector. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to build their own division/team within an already established construction agency with an impressive existing database.
We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant who ideally have a minimum of 12 months experience and an excellent understanding of the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle. This will be a fast-paced role driving excellent delivery for our established clients, but also working to generate new business for the team. We're interested in speaking to recruiters working in all industries construction knowledge would be a bonus.
Duties will include:
- Attracting new business/clients through cold calling
- site visits & marketing Managing a temporary high volume desk
- Liaising with clients from site level right up to director level
- Attending weekly sales meetings with management Data entry (logging activities onto company database)
- Experience in B2B sales would be an advantage Knowledge of the construction industry would be beneficial
