Description

We are looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join an organisation providing support to children with EBD in the Kidderminster area. The Senior post is a full-time position for 37.5 hours per week. The shift pattern includes working long days, half days and sleeps in on a rota basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the shift, staff management and ensuring the young people residing in the services receive the upmost care and support as outlined in their individual Care Plans.

All applicants must possess the following:

- QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a residential setting for children with EBD

- An understanding of OFSTED regulations

Due to the geographical location of the service and the need to drive a company vehicle, it is essential that you are a driver and have access to a vehicle.
