Looking to work on architecturally centred building developments whilst enhancing your Revit skills?
We are delighted to be working with a long-standing client in Glasgow city-centre as they look to add a Senior Structural Technician to their team.
The company is 60 strong and you will be working in a team of 15 with 4 other technicians.
Our client is highly regarded for their BIM expertise and have a stunning portfolio of bespoke, edgy and aesthetic building developments along with a healthy pipeline of similar work. You can expect to be working on projects such as:
Bespoke high-value residential
Listed building redevelopments
Heritage and conservation work
Prestigious visitors' centres
Mixed-use community developmentsRequirements:
You should be comfortable using AutoCAD and Revit
Driven and inspired by sustainable development and architecturally challenging design
Experienced in the types of projects listed above (or similar)
Able to work within project teams, sometimes from other offices, but also independently when required
On offer is a starting salary of £30,000 - £35,000 and an excellent benefits package which includes 5% matched pension, life assurance, income protection scheme, great starting holiday allowance, flexible working hours and even the chance to work from home when required!
