Job Title:Service Administrator

Contract:Permanent

Hours:Full-time

Location:Stratford-upon-Avon

Salary:£19K - £23K (dependent on experience)

Our client is an award-winning business who are looking to recruit a full-time Service Administrator to provide support to their UK customer base.

Previous experience in a scheduling or service administration role would be highly beneficial to this role.

Duties include:

*Book in service visits with UK clients
*Scheduling engineers to visit various sites
*Keep customers updated to ensure they are aware of service visits
*Raising invoices
*Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner and escalate as required

Skills and experience required:

*Previous experience in a scheduling or service admin role
*Confident and professional communication skills
*Strong organisation skills
*Ability to prioritise an ever-changing workload
*Strong IT skills
*A positive and 'can do' attitude
