Job Title Service Delivery Financial Crime
It is the responsibility of the Service Delivery Oversight – Funds team to ensure that activities are carried out in line with the regulatory and business requirements. This team is the first point of contact for any operational issues both internally and externally.
What you’ll be doing?
• Manage key operational oversight of externally provided Financial Crime
• The role is required to evolve the level and consistency of oversight performed
across the fund and platform offerings in regards to Financial Crime ensuring
the correct level of rigour, control, oversight and resource in place to manage
third parties effectively
• Providing technical Financial Crime knowledge and challenge into the
operational oversight of the third party providers who provide those services.

•Experience in working in a fund accounting role in either an administration or
•A technical understanding of the regulatory framework for both offshore and
onshore mutual funds.
•Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with both
internal and external stakeholders.
•Proactively challenge processes and innovate customer-focused solutions.
Skills that will help you in the role:
•Relevant professional qualifications, e.g. (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, IOC, etc.) would
be advantageous but not essential
