Description

The primary function of this role is to be the conduit between our customers and mobile engineer team. The main duties are outlined below - *

Receiving calls/jobs from customers requesting breakdowns

*

Log the breakdown on internal system and manage communications with engineers and customers

*

Be the first point of contact for mobile engineers

*

Allocating jobs to mobile engineers

*

Communicating status updates to customers and engineers

*

Assisting Branch manager with basic administration duties

*

Perform local deliveries when required

* Complete daily weekly office housekeeping duties

Applicants must have the below skills

*

Full driving licence

*

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

*

Proficient in both MS packages and internal systems (training provided)

*

Good local geographic knowledge of the East Midlands

You must also be able to multitask, work confidently in a fast paced environment and be able to prioritise between what is important and urgent with a flexible attitude.

The working hours are 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.
