Job Title: Service Level Manager
Location: Knutsford

The Service Level Manager is also responsible for the performance, risk, cost and continual service improvement of the service / product, raising the awareness amongst our colleagues and stakeholders whilst improving quality of the end to end service

What will you be doing?

• The role holder is responsible for managing a number of aspects of the service in line with ITIL principles
• Service Level Management – Ensuring service related documentation and information is managed and maintained 
• Identifying various component parts necessary to deliver the services through Operating Level Agreements(OLAs) and Underpinning Contracts (UCs)
• Defining service improvement plans, supporting business cases for change and promoting best practice amongst the service offering
• Developing standard service offerings and service tiers to be utilized by customers, and providing subject matter expertise for all service-related inquiries and issues
• Identification and remediation of risks and audit actions in relation to the service and associated products
• Understanding the different cost aspects and influencing factors of the service, with a view to identifying and achieving cost savings
• Establish and manage operational relationship with suppliers, reviewing supplier performance against defined SLAs and OLAs.

What we’re looking for:

• Understanding of Service Management principles
• Knowledge of Microsoft O365 products
• Experience of working in a global organisation preferably spanning infrastructure, applications and/or operational environments
• Experience of end user and collaboration technologies

Skills that will help you in the role:

• ITIL Certified or equivalent work experience
