Group Enterprise Operations (GEO) provide customer and technical support globally to Enterprise customers.Providing services to local and global customers, Group Enterprise Operations manage the full product portfolio across mobility, fixed line services and unified communications. Role Profile: As a Service Operations Consultant you will have responsibility for ensuring SLA targets are met forVodafone’s customers, but that we are also providing outstanding customer service, and enabling our customers to do more with their Vodafone products and services. As part of this position, you will be responsible for providing 2nd/3rd line support to all customers. This includes handling and resolving support desk queries and escalations, maintaining the client database and producing monthly statistic reports. You will coordinate new deliveries between the customer and the Development team and provide control over the accurate, complete and timely production of Solution customer billing. Key Accountabilities:Generating Bill runsDownloading and importing CDRsReconciliation of CDRdataReceiving, checking, cleaning and importing hierarchy dataGenerate customer bill runsGenerate summary dataPublish invoice reports onlineGenerate customer billing reports Your Profile: You will have a proven ability to pick up new skills quickly and be an effective team player.
