SHOWROOM MANAGER

We are looking for a motivated enthusiastic Showroom Manager to join a very well established Sales team.

About the Role

As a Showroom Manager your key responsibilities will include:

Ensuring that every sales enquiry is understood as an opportunity, is dealt with appropriately by your team.

Effectively manage the resources at your disposal to achieve the required business objectives, including: sales volumes, profitability, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, loyalty levels and others, and to reconsider and redirect strategy in light of any of these objectives not being achieved.

Champion the effective and accurate usage, and compliance with, all systems and processes e.g. SalesMaster, FCA Regulations etc.; and ensure that adherence to this is regularly reviewed.

Maintain a culture of customer service excellence; ensuring that the expectations and requirements of customers are delivered upon e.g. ensuring all customers are welcomed to the business (whether by telephone, email, physically etc.) promptly, courteously and professionally.

What we're looking for?

The ability to work with and lead a team to deliver excellent customer service and Sales targets.
Someone who can display Passion, Openness, Transparency, Consultation, Engagement, Discipline, Energy, Positivity, Objectivity and Motivation.
Previous automotive sales experience would be advantageous.
A full UK driving licence is required, due to the need to manoeuvre customers' and company vehicles in the course of your role
Available to work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm, Saturdays 8.30am to 5pm, Sundays (2 in 5) 11am to 4pm
