We have experts in fund formation, financial services regulation, trading documentation (including prime brokerage and derivatives documentation), corporate structuring and transactions, litigation, taxation, ICT and employment regulation. We currently have a number of assignments seeking lawyers with funds experience with a range of PQEs within our financial services and asset management clients.
Our contract roles demand the same highly skilled lawyers as our permanent roles so we would expect you to have strong academics, excellent interpersonal skills and be client-focused.
At least two years’ post qualification experience and training from a top tier law firm or from a recognised financial institution
Experience of funds/asset management related legal work
Regulated funds experience
Motivated and self-starting – the ability to work autonomously
Quick thinking and detail driven
Pro-active and process driven
