Role: Smarter Home Visit Advisor
Salary: £21,989 plus non-contractual bonus
Fixed Term: December 2019 - March 2020 (with potential to extend)
Operational Area: Thames Valley
Location: Thames Valley Area

Would you like to help householders save money by improving water efficiency in people’s homes?

This role will focus on supporting Thames Water’s water efficiency programme. During your home-visits you will be assessing and implementing a range of 'easy’ water saving measures and devices, as well as offering easy behavioural change advice to help customers.

Using your proven track record of customer facing and communication skills, you will actively assist in leading day to day operations to ensure that exemplary customer service is delivered with residents, tenants and leaseholders.

The ideal Smarter Home Visit Advisor will be passionate about customer service, helping people and helping reduce the use of a precious resource: Water. You will strive to maintain the standard levels and requirements of the client and of the employer.

A mobile phone, iPad and van will be provided for visits. You will be comfortable with using an ipad for managing your diary and reporting using a range of software, and driving to and from several appointments a day.

Special Requirements for the role:

- Full UK driving licence which must be held for at least 12 months. Due to insurance provision, candidates must be aged 21 plus with more than 12 months driving history.
- You will be required to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month with a day off in lieu during the week. In return the charity offers:

- 25 days per annum plus English Bank Holidays
- A contributory pension scheme
