About The Social Care Community Partnership

The Social Care Community Partnership is the only specialist Social Work recruitment agency to supply personnel to all 32 Local Authorities in Scotland having been recently awarded the Scotland Excel Contract. Run by social care professionals, we are able to offer some of the best social work opportunities in addition to offering advice, guidance and professional support to all of our social workers - the majority of our social workers are successful in securing permanent work through our locum positions.

The Social Care Community Partnership also has Investors in People Gold Award Status and has recently been awarded Investors in Young People Good Practice Award for our work with apprenticeships

As a general rule we offer PAYE contracts to all Locum staff we employ which means that you are paid directly through our agency and are covered by our own insurances negating the need to use a third party payroll provider. In addition to this there are no fees to pay for payroll services or insurances and contractors accrue holiday pay on top of their hourly rate and are auto enrolled into our pension scheme.
