Software Customer Engineer
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum DOE

Reporting to: Global Technical Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities
*Supporting customers via telephone, email and remote connection.
*Working with existing engineers in different fields, such as developers, artists, IT and electrical.
*Understanding customer requirements for supporting and resolving software related problems.
*Remote Field upgrades, installations, testing and QA with customers.

Skills:
*A degree or equivalent in a relevant subject matter.
*Great interpersonal and communication skills and dedication to delivering customer service excellence.
*Ability to work collaboratively across multiple project types or ability to jump between projects as customer requirements dictate
* SQL and Customer support experience
* Understanding of Software Development, test, build and deployment

Working hours: Monday to Friday flexible hours between the business hours 7 am to 6 pm
