A North Yorkshire country inn with one AA Rosette is recruiting for a Sous Chef role


The opportunity to join a talented team of chefs working in a one AA Rosette awarded kitchen at a country inn with rooms as a Sous Chef is currently available. In this role of Sous Chef you will be creating traditional pub meals with modern inspiration and presenting techniques using regional ingredients to create seasonal menus. The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef who can assist with the kitchen costing and budgeting whilst also training the junior members of the kitchen team.


A Sous Chef with a stable CV based in high quality, boutique style restaurants and hotel where you were producing refined dishes to at least one AA Rosette standards. As well as being a talented chef it is also essential that you have a good financial awareness in the kitchen so can fully support the Head Chef in this area.
