Description

A large and very successful construction company are looking for a stock controller to join their team on a full time permanent basis. You would be reporting to the Financial Controller based in Bromley. My client is looking for someone confident, resilient, a good attention to detail and self motivated. Depending on the success and ability of this candidate the role may lead in to working within the Finance department as the role is stated as an entry level accounts role.

Monday - Friday

Parking on site

8-4pm

The role is responsible for the accurate recording of stock levels within the company.

Key responsibilities


- Processing stock tickets onto the stock system
- Understanding the products within the business
- Checking of data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Monthly stock reviews
- 6 monthly preparation & completion of the stock take
- Liaise with depots as appropriate
- Filing of paperwork and maintaining accurate records
- Provide support to the wider business in any other ad-hoc projects and requests
