As a Stock Supervisor you will ensure that all stock held within your locations is organised and logged correctly. You will supervise a shift with a team of Stock Controllers to ensure a reliable, accurate, efficient and cost effective stock holding is maintained for the Company and our Customers.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach and motivate a team of Stock Controllers to ensure the best level of internal and external customer service is provided
- Provide strong communication to the team on daily requirements to achieve KPI’s and maintain a high level of H&S within the warehouse
- Review performance and development needs of Stock Controllers on a regular basis
- Promote teamwork between colleagues across all HSS divisions, to ensure accurate stock holding and movement
- Management of stock transfers minimising outstanding STs
- Ensure stock is correctly logged within the warehouse as available, check or maintenance
- Ensure adequate and accurate stock levels are maintained at all times, in accordance with company targets
- Accurate picking and transferring of stock into despatch bays for Drivers collection
- Oversee incoming / outgoing loads, ensuring accuracy with e-codes, quality and damage inspections
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies relating to e-codes
- Forge strong relationships with Transport departments to ensure accuracy of stock being booked in
- Be a key driver in turnaround time of vehicles ensuring as safe and accurate load at all times
- Work closely with the Stock Integrity Manager and fellow Stock Supervisors to ensure the best level of service is provided to the business and our customers
- Ensure adequate and accurate stock levels are maintained at all times in line with company targets
- Ensure compliance with all systems, procedures and processes
- Represent the company and values ("HSSness") of the business and portray a professional and business like image to all customers, potential customers and other people you meet in the course of your work.
- Be a key driver in serious about safety by leading from the front
- Ensure all locations and hire stock are maintained to our 360 brand.
- Carry out other tasks and duties as required

Experience/Knowledge/Skills Required:

- Stock Control experience in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of HSS products and hire equipment
- Experience leading a team
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Driving licence
- Stock Integrity experience
