Working in the Professional Services Team you will support staff and students through the year in a number of activities that will ensure that world-class student experience is had by all.

Key responsibilities


In this exciting job role, you will support the Administration Manager with the delivery of an efficient academic admin and student support service. This support includes and is not limited to reception, induction and registration, finance, academic administration, and general admin support to students and the academic team.

Experience and qualifications


- Previous experience working in a fast-paced administrative role, working with a variety of complex admin.
- Proven customer service skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular, intermediate Word and Excel skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Effective Communication including accurate written English Key benefits
