Description

Support Administrator required for our Sudbury based client. As Support Administrator it is essential that you possess strong administration experience which has ideally been gained within order processing where you have had to work to deadlines and ensuing all tasks are carried out to a high standard. In your role as Support Administrator you will be reporting to the Commercial Manager to provide administrative support to the companies Commercial Sales Team in regards to maintaining and completing all the order administration required to complete their sales orders.

The Role

Enter order specification details into the company development system
Process customer orders via the company ERP system and generating order paperwork for both the Production Team and the customer.
Provide support and absence cover to Reception Area.
Complete standard paperwork to raise credits and sundry invoices.
Liaise with internal team to ensure that they are able to complete any urgent requests on time.
Update internal/customer-based status spreadsheets as a task is progressed.
Run and report data for various monthly reports.
Arrange travel for Sales Team and customers, predominantly via the internet.
General data inputting: timesheet information.

Help with preparations for customer visits and trade shows, both physically and administratively.
The Person

Must possess administration experience
Ideally possess experience of order processing gained within a manufacturing industry but not essential
Must be computer literate and have previous experience in using an in-house company system.
Possess a positive "can do "attitude
Have strong administration experience
Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
Good organisational skills and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner, whilst maintaining accuracy.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
Have a key eye of detail always ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard
