Consumer Credit - Lead Systems Analyst  
Northampton

Barclays are hiring a talented Lead Systems Analyst!  The Analyst will be involved in all stages of project delivery, from initial analysis to resolving day-to-day UAT and migration issues. This will require regular interaction with all stakeholders; Front Office, Operations, Risk, Finance, and other Technology groups. Project Management capability will also be required.

What will you be doing?
• Work with Risk and Finance Business to determine and document business/functional requirements in Barclays tools (LCT, Agile Central, Rally)
• Identify and document current and future state business processes/ identify infrastructure changes.
• Work with technology partners on system designs.
• Create test plans and test scenarios.
• Test changes/ resolve issues.
• Run meetings/ workshops.
• Project manage discrete deliverables.


What we’re looking for:
• Detailed understanding of consumer credit risk domain (e.g. IFRS9, CECL or Stress Testing). 
• Well versed in different methodologies for Credit Risk Modelling - PD/LGD/EAD for retail portfolios, specifically for Credit Cards (Retail and Corporate) and Retail Loans
• Strong background and experience in IT & Data Architecture and Data Analysis
• Good communication skills - Liaising with stakeholders at Director level
• Able to lead and mentor and communicate effectively with team members
• Strong knowledge of Risk, Finance systems and architecture
• Understanding of IFRS, ALLL, CECL Loss accounting methods


Skills that will help you in the role:
• Knowledge of the Payment Cards Industry and Consumer/Commercial Card life cycle
• Good understanding of Financial regulations
• Good Understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Good Understanding of Scrum/Kanban
