As a TalentAcquisition Consultant, you will utilize all the recruiting and assessmenttools available to pro-actively identify, screen and assess talented candidatesbased on the Eaton competencies and leadership model. The person will have tointerface with HR and hiring managers on both current openings as well as morelong-range issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoringand driving various hiring metrics. The position requires strong ability toassess candidates and must have the skill set to conduct searches using variousresources.

The position is to work withintheEMEA Talent Acquisition Team and reports to a Talent AcquisitionSupervisor EMEA. The position’s scope is UK Aerospace Business and includesseveral locations across the South coast of UK.


Your key deliverables:


- Conducting extensive Internet and database searches forgenerating candidates for open vacancies as well as for mid- to long-termprojects.


- Conductingphone interviews and making contact with potential candidates which aretypically generated by research, cold calling and custom tailored marketingplans, as well as internal systems.


- Maintainingthe accuracy of the complete hiring process within the system.


- Supportinginternal and external clients with a high degree of customer service.


- Sellingthe staffing model internally at all levels of the organization.


- Addressing, reacting and/or solving unusual or sensitiveissues with knowledge of the field and the company.


Managing outside third-party vendors as the maincontact, such that the hiring process is consistently followed, and goodrelationships are maintained
QualificationsAre you?


- A person who has the experience in proactive cold recruitingmethods to generate passive candidates.


- Bachelors'qualified in a relevant discipline.


- experiencedin recruiting professionals in engineering and and/or aerospace industry


- Stronglyfocused on customer service


- Ableto deal with confidential information in an appropriate professional manner.


- Astrong team player in an environment where all duties can be shared.


- Ableto work on numerous dissimilar things concurrently.


- Fluentin English
