We have a great opportunity for an Administrator/Service Coordinator working for our client, a creative marketing agency, based just 8 minutes from Hertford.

The office is in a rural location so your own transport is necessary. The offices are smart and provide a comfortable working environment.

This role is suited to someone with strong administration and communication skills, and experience of organising and coordinating service engineers and works would be great. We are looking for someone with a professional attitude and the ability to build strong working relationships.

Our client is a highly respected agency who provide a unique service to their high end clients. The team deal with installations of tech equipment at these clients’ premises, working with project leaders and engineers.

* On a day to day basis your role will be to assist the Service Coordinator.

* You will keep in touch with the internal and external teams

* Ensure that clients’ requirements are met and that communication is prompt and efficient

* There will be work to do for on-going projects, and you will need to be on top of your busy workload to be able to meet last minute requests

* General administration

* Travel booking and diary management, to works orders

* Update project records, keep client records current and ensure that all information is correct.

* Build internal and external relationships quickly and easily, and be a strong communicator.

Our client wants an exceptional administrator with a natural problem solving ability. You will be calm under pressure, with the ability to adapt and change where necessary. You will be very conscientious, and take pride in a job well done. You will need a mature and diligent attitude to work, be comfortable with technology and have a strong commercial awareness.

This role is demanding and challenging, but rewarding in equal measure.

The salary for this role will be from £20,000 to £23,000 per annum, depending upon your experience.
