This company specialises in the design and manufacture of products that are supplied into multi million pound homes across the UK. 2019 is set to be an exciting time for the business as they look to increase headcount and invest into new systems and staff development.

In this role you will provide technical support to the site teams and Customer Service team from commencement of installation to completion. You will also offer technical support through the Warranty period of the contract with the client and for projects whose warranty expired.

The ideal candidate will come from a technical background or be able to read technical drawings.

The role:

*Provide technical support to the site teams and Customer Service team from commencement of installation to completion

*Technical support through the Warranty period of the contract with the client and for projects whose warranty expired.

*Ordering remedial materials and tools direct with suppliers.

*Ordering and scheduling material requirements for the Parent Company to source and manufacture remedial parts for our installations.

*Updating spreadsheets to ensure all parts are tracked and monitored.

*Email and telephone correspondence with customers keeping them updated on the progress of their remedial parts.

*Liaising with Design, Production, Despatch, Manufacturing departments, Project Managers, Operations Manager and Directors.

*Liaising with our onsite customer service remedial technician on a day by day basis to complete the current workload.

*Booking technician appointments and deliveries for customers requiring after sales support

*Producing weekly and ad-hoc reports to support Operations and Project Managers, including internal kpi's

The person:

*Ability to read technical drawings.

*Good customer service skills.
