Technology Infrastructure Project Manager 


The HR Technology and Change Project Manager is part of the HR Technology & Change team tasked with the end to end design and delivery of technology solutions to deliver targeted business outcomes across the HR change portfolio to help HR become simple, efficient and insightful.
The HR Project Manager works under the direction of the designated Delivery Director or Programme Manager and with the assign project team members including business stakeholders, business analysts, solution architects, developers, testers and business change professionals.  The role is responsible for delivering the technical aspects required as part of either the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) or the Lean Control Process (LPC) depending whether the project is considered to be waterfall or agile. 

What will you be doing?
Plan, manage and implement complex projects from contract/proposal and initiation to final operational stage
Develop and deliver integrated project plans, including change & communications strategy across multiple sites and regions
Lead the programme or project teams in determining business requirements and translating requirements into robust integrated process and technology solutions, and operational plans
Effectively communicate project expectations on an ongoing basis to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely fashion.
Collaborate with all groups involved to develop and communicate deployment plans.
What we’re looking for:
Experience with IT projects and the software development life cycle
Understanding of the entire infrastructure stack from physical/virtual servers on a network through operating systems to middleware and onto the application and presentation layer.
Ability to interact with all levels of staff across inter-departmental organizations and business partners is essential.
Experience in infrastructure remediation (remediating out of warranty software and hardware)
Skills that will help you in the role:
Strong presentation skills required for both large and small audiences across the organisation, and varying levels of management.
High level of reading comprehension for understanding business requirements, technical documentation and department standards.
Candidate must be motivating, encouraging and persuasive in order to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources.
Candidate must be a team player, with excellent leadership skills.
